There’s a perfect word out there for when everything is wrong and nothing is right. The word is, “Zoinks!”

Next time you get home from the grocery store and realize you forgot to buy milk or eggs or cream of tartar, try saying, “Zoinks!” I guarantee when you do, you’ll feel so much better!

Or when you’re in the car and you drop your phone into the abyss between the driver’s side seat and the middle console and when you try to squeeze your hand in between you scrape the skin off the knuckle of your middle finger, just say, “Zoinks!”

How about when you get home from a long day at work only to discover that there’s a sink full of dishes and the house smells like poop? “Zoinks!” it is!

If you’ve ever logged into your bank account only to discover it’s “trending toward zero” and you’re still days away from being paid, a big ‘ole, “Zoinks!” will do the trick!

And don’t forget about when you prepare your toddler the perfect meal that they asked for and even arrange it in the shape of a smiley face or a bunny rabbit or a puppy dog, only to be told it’s not what they want, a zippity doo da “Zoinks!” will feel like a breath of fresh air!

You can even say, “Zoinks!” when you’re halfway done typing a new blog post and it’s way past your bedtime and you didn’t get a chance to shower and your lesson plans for the next day are still unfinished and you strained your back the day before and all of a sudden the battery inside your laptop compu…..
